Pricing
End of tenancy cleaning is priced on a fixed-fee basis so you know exactly what you're paying. Prices start from £180 for a one-bedroom property and £300 for a three-bedroom house. All quotes are in writing before we start.

We cannot guarantee the outcome, but we clean to the standard letting agents expect and provide a re-clean guarantee if specific issues are flagged within 72 hours.
Do I need to be there?
No — you just need to provide access. We work to your move-out date and time.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. We cover 7 days a week to work around move-out dates.
Can you also clean carpets?
Yes — professional carpet cleaning can be added to an end of tenancy clean. Ask when booking.
